Lowestoft is quite run down in places, lots of empty shops, loads of charity shops, but it is genuinely the most friendly place I’ve ever lived. |

They don’t have to read it but they have an option to if they want. One of my neighbours does the count locally and told me this when I stated it as fact. |

Even worse than queuing, I’m out for a beer with my mates, we buy rounds, doesn’t matter what people are drinking or if someone’s beer is 20p more expensive, but these days I see groups of youngsters and when it comes to pay they all pay individually on their debit cards so each transaction takes 5-6 times longer. Tight gits |

My Grandad was in a retained occupation (he was a skilled carpenter and made the munition boxes) just recently we had a sort out of some boxes of my parents belongings, in the bottom of a box was a medal dated 1939-1945 with green and red ribbon, after bit of googling it is a campaign medal awarded to civilians who helped with the war effort. |

Was difficult to watch the news tonight without wiping my eyes, seeing those brave men recount that day as if it was yesterday, what they witnessed is almost unfathomable to those of us too young to have seen active service. |

Had a £700 specialized bike stolen from the depot I worked in at Bow in 2019, bloke had to come through security barrier! Sainsbury’s referred me to the small print in my contract which said “ items left at owners risk” despite it being a supposedly secure store. |

Channel 4 tagged him as former Chelsea, Stoke and Bournemouth keeper, no mention of us at all even though he’s still technically ours. |
