We promote a healthy active lifestyle, for the whole family, weigh in every Thursday at the Wellness Centre in North Hill all standards/ages are welcome. We have 3 fitness categories,
1. Back to fitness (very low key exercise) 2. Transformers (low-medium exercise) 3. Athletes (High intensity training HIIT)
The best way to take part in these camps is to ask as many friends and family as you can to take part with you ,as the more of you that take part the more of you will be giving each other motivation to see it through .
