I see Oxford once again triumphed and their run of success over Cambridge continues-following on from the University Challenge embarrassment.
There must be something that Cambridge can be good at-maybe tiddly winks or dominoes?Certainly a select Layton Institute 11 would give them a run for their money.
I usually read the match reports on here and its another good one this week, where I thought we were given a good game by Holloway and his team.As ever they played with no fear and could have won on another day...maybe. Cant believe the shite that Morison is getting-starting with the dreadful RL phone in on the way back. He had a great game and was extremely unfortunate, playing with monkey on his back of a section of so called Leeds fans.
His booing at Chesterfield was appalling and I'm amazed he's come through it all to produce the good stuff he has
That was Oxford thrashing Cambridge in University Challenge proving once again that the latter is the dumbos college, plus they're crap at rowing and egg chasing.
Elsewhere I see the whinging Wombles still aren't playing within there local borough, despite years of complaining about having their community team ripped from under them.
Great story on the main site about Becks who's getting unfair abuse from the Bolton fans. Would have loved him to come to Leeds again but I guess now there's no chance of that.
Bit of a struggle towards the end but we've made progress when others didnt, and where Accy put out Boro last season. El Hock seems to be getting his side sorted but theres one or two still out of form, notably Hunty who had a mare.
The result and the signing of Sharp should give Hock and Cellio some breathing space, where the militant element have been ramping up thru the pre season.
