Thank you for conceding that not all solicitors are the same and that applies to police officers too . However your last paragraph could equally apply to the police in as much as we trust those people to protect us and and uphold the laws of the land . Unfortunately it has become evident over the years and in the very recent past that makes us vulnerable too . |

He can . The District Judge can attach an Unpaid Work Requirement to a Suspended Sentence Order if he feels the offence crosses the Custody threshold . He can also make it as part of a Community Order if he feels that the custody threshold hasn’t been crossed . |

Who are they “mocking” ? A child who died in terrible circumstances or the fans and the players who tried to make his tragically short life better. Your post is horrific no question. They deserve to be arrested and banned but actively encourage to return to the Stadium of Light , I doubt very much that they look so smug then . |

Of course, we should accept different opinions, I’m not suggesting otherwise . But when a person defends the indefensible and will not accept that what they believe in utterly may be flawed then that’s an issue isn’t it . I’d say the same for Plaid and Labour zealots too . Simple. |
