Germany had a way better team in those days than the last 2 or 3 tournaments. They seem to have sorted it out for this tournament though.
Also, we tended to play a decent team earlier on in prior tournaments. Gemany 96, Argentina 98, Brazil 02, Portugal 04, 06, Germany 10, Italy 12, all before getting to the semi final. Iceland was a low point, I'll give you that. I don't know about anything pre world cup 94... |

You're so lucky. My dream is to watch England play in a Euros or world cup, especially in another country, but I can't get the days off work. I had tickets for the Scotland game in the last Euros, but lost out due to them cutting 75% of the capacity due to COVID. |

I cycle to work every day and can say that the absolute worst offenders are people walking in cycle lanes. I go a different way and actively avoid the Hanger Lane subway now, as there are a few blind corners and it's virtually 50/50 as to whether someone will be right there walking on the cycle path the other side. |
