Surely queuing is fine as long as it splits to each staff member… no real delay that way and first come first served rather than those who don’t give a monkeys about others
Thank you! Absolutely it would not be something in anyway acceptable to anyone
I love loftus road and I get lots of nostalgia everyone time I walk up the streets towards it… however there are some major drawbacks
1 - the seat space is way too small and it’s really uncomfortable
2 - the food served is absolute crap. A horrible pie or a frankfurter. Come on. No drink choice as well. We need some IPAs
3 - not much space on concourse for club to make money with shops or food outlets
To be honest none of the above are game changers and I don’t feel we need to move. We don’t need the extra capacity often. I feel qpr could address the food situation
Also some areas could maybe squeeze in some pop up shops which either sell qpr merchandise to the young ones (like fun stuff that’s unique and well thought about) or even different types of food and drink
Although I want QPR to get the money... I dislike this about football...
The team are performing well and its not just Eze and Olise and potentially onto something massive next season.. Why not keep the whole gang together - upgrade in a few areas and they could compete for top 4 position
Instead they will go their own ways for bigger money (which they don't need) and crystal palace will never be the same again and potentially they won't reach these heights again either
Haha… you at least know the highs and lows of a keeper and how even after a great performance - it can all go to pieces thought little fault of own… while strikers can miss chance after chance at still be lauded for a lucky goal
I don’t like it when people are unfairly harsh on goalkeepers having never tried it before. However I believe Clive goes in goal on a weekly basis at his local team so has a good understanding of the pains it can be to be a goalie. Therefore is well placed
The assessment is fair. While he had some good games - he let the side down on a number of occasions and we would have been better off with another keeper therefore hard to rate him any higher i am afraid
I don’t hate him at all and if he was cheap could be a good back up keeper but we need some fresh blood in there
I mean Albert adomah is unfortunately one, still popular but if he had signed off with that goal Keeping us up last season that would have been a better way to go. Especially as he lost his legs a long time before this season
Apologies in advance for slightly soppy post but I know a lot of fans here feel similar…
I’m so pleased to have someone like Clive in my life despite having never met the chap. There were some points this season and last where I was wondering why I even watch QPR. We had become a club which played atrocious football, losing week in and week out with naive play and approaching the whole game the wrong way (it’s not like we were trying new young exciting players ahead for future). Don’t get me wrong - I would never give up on our club and I always support any player who pulls on our shirt (except maybe Boswinga and Barton).
However the reports on here make it’s absolutely more bearable and dare say it exciting even in the gloom. There is a charm about QPR that you don’t get supporting a club like Man Utd it Liverpool and Clive absolutely captures this and his thought process often mirrors how I feel
Now with Marti on board - we get to enjoy some fantastic football and even when results aren’t going our way every week - I can at least see what we are trying to do and we approach football the right way. Now we are enjoying football again and we have great players like Chair and Clarke Salter and with Clive posting amazing superlatives I never thought I would associate with football - I’m here for the journey
I have subscribed following Jeff’s posts and I know it’s very little but hope it makes you at least feel it’s all a bit worthwhile!
People are so boring with this trophy less Harry Kane posts. He is achieving a lot more than 99% of other players so let’s not get on the best England striker of all time
I don’t really get the decision behind getting rid of Moyes. I understand he’s the Most exciting manager ever but he has taken West Ham from a very mediocre club who are either championship or struggling to to Stay up.
He has now taken them to a European title and 8th place
