Rest of the Championship thread by Hunterhoop 10 Aug 2024 11:07Toyed with this idea last season. Shall we have a thread to discuss, comment on, cover the rest of the league? A place to discuss other teams’ results, performances, financial implosions, etc?
For example, last night, anyone catch either of the first two games? I didn’t. But somewhat surprised/worried Blackburn scored 4 given how they are meant to struggle. Was it Derby being utter sh*te?
Sounds like Preston are continuing in the same vein of being incredibly dull.
Clive, what do you think? Worth making a sticky? Might reduce the number of threads to manage.

That's why I think trying to extrapolate anything from our performance in that game is pointless. Yes, we played well but caught them cold with the early goal, after which they couldn't really be arsed. As you say, we've seen that vibe all too often from the reverse angle. |

There's definitely something brewing at Leicester...
Now announced with a day's notice that they're not feeding the stewards tomorrow night, which apparently is usually the norm at night games there.

They've now u-turned on this claiming it was a logistics issue. A local Domino's Pizza franchise offered to give free pizza and mince pies to any stewards turning up with their passes.
Online fanbase seems to be split in two, one being defensive of all things King Power (I would kindly suggest burying their heads in the sand) and the other half see it as another sign its all falling apart in a dumpster fife. |  | | |
