I couldn't make it onto the podcast this week so took to the keyboard instead as it's 4 months to the day since Wembley and we couldn't really be further from feeling like we did then. Any views or opinions are my own.

I would be surprised if this doesn't reflect the thoughts and fears of the vast majority of the fanbase.

A frighteningly well thought out summary of where we currently sit. I hope the Board read it and compare it to their pre-forum article (also well written and argued)

Worryingly, Chaff doesn't even mention the alarming loss of form of two of our best players last season; Gilmour and Mani. Both currently looking shadows of the players we all know they can be.

I sincerely hope to be proven wrong, but I can't see anything other than a sound beating at Walsall at the weekend followed by another very difficult game against Oldham.

A difficult few weeks ahead for the Board.

Spot on by Chaff - worrying times!
Even if we improve I just don't see where the goals are going to come from.
Like most of the fanbase I hope that I am wrong.
