Knott is out of contract at Lincoln City in the summer. The midfielder is currently sidelined with a lateral collateral ligament injury which means he will not play again this season.

I have just returned to work after 9 weeks off through depression / anxiety. Best thing u can do is tell as many ppl as possible and dont be afraid of going seeing your GP.
I feel better now tgan ever have as i still have in my mind the thoughts of how bad i felt at my lowest (suicidal).

Most if not all Trade Unions would be abe to offer such help to a member, if required. Many companies are now also offering such services for help. |  |
