It was good except for the usual ,boring, stereotypical, way of portraying "Rochdale". Showing the town flats, terraced housing, and yet more terraced housing with the giant, now redundant, gas works in the middle of the picture. I am tired of the lazy portrayal of the image of Rochdale as soon as we appear in the national spotlight. Do something different, for God's sake. It is no wonder we have a bad record for generating jobs as Auntie Beeb seeks to re-enforce the poor image of the town. Meanwhile, the piece on Bradford, for example, was totally free of grot spots (not counting the state of their pitch, of course). [Post edited 24 Jan 2015 16:21]
