One random thing I noticed last night... its brilliant to see new sponsors popping up around the ground - on the perimeter hoardings and also back of stand sponsors.

Considering the underhand tactics deployed by former employee(s), and FC reputation bashing by individuals linked to other teams in the town, it must have been an uphill battle for the new commercial team.

I'd be the first to offer constructive criticism when things could be done better, but credit where its due it looks like progress is being made.

Does that include the recruitment company linked with Hornets, a director of which likes to send abusive messages when he drinks on an empty head?

Poll: What is it to be then?

Guessing you mean the same bloke who used to cadge a lift on the Hornets coaches to away games who was blagged into drinking a pint of players’ piss thinking they wanted him to be one of the lads and neck a pint of lager.

The family in question have longstanding Hornets connections going back 50 years.
The bloke had a memorable Twitter spat with Andy Mazey after the sacking of Matt Calland which turned quite nasty.
Just as a matter of interest though, do Hornets have separate ground advertising hoardings to Dale?
I remember when I worked at the Shay a few years ago both the football and rugby league clubs had separate advert boards which had to be changed along with the posts and pitch markings.

The same guy who is currently out in Rochdale for the world cup, in an ill fitting footy shirt, slagging RAFC off to anybody who will listen.

He needs to be careful about the accusations he throws out... evidenced slander carried a hefty penalty!

Not exactly a sponsor, but how much better does this look?

Little things like this, & the impressive work done in the main entrance etc, can only make us more appealing to sponsors / passing custom.

Well done to all involved.
