McNulty would have had targets for Dale in his sights and players like Gordon signing a new contract.
Maybe now that these players may go elsewhere like Cian Hayes who could well be Stockport bound. Also if Dale had any chanceof another season of Whatmuff on loan that may have gone out the window.
Whoever comes in will sign his type of player which could change the whole dynamics of what we have been used to, good or bad....
If McNulty does leave then i can see Gordon possibily following him to Stockport, also we will not see Whatmuff back in Dale shirt and Henderson.aycall it a day.
If Stockport have their own staff then Taylor and Done will still be at Dale unless McNulty states that as part the is bringing his own staff.
Kevin Maher ex southend could be a punt should McNulty move. I agree with what other people have said about this is not the right time for him to move on. Perhaps another season or two in the EFL before he does..
It will be interesting in how this progresses and more importantly how this affects new signings...
What Dale dont to happenis this being a drawn out scenario to if McNulty leaves and then bringing in the right replacement which could take time and then that manager has to bring in players..
New contracts to be offered to Gordon, Myles, Burger, Hendo, Smith, Pritchard and possibly Tutonda.
I can see Gordon stepping up a division and would not surprise me if he has already been tapped up. Like to see Perry back in a Dale shirt and with playing in the EFL next season it could well happen. As for whatmuff well that depends upon Pep and if Whatmuff wants to..
As for Myles i think that McNulty rated him for the future when he signed last summer...
