It’ll be the sentencing guidelines attached to the crime committed.

Not my area of expertise but my best guess would be a minimum of a suspended sentence and at the other end a maximum of 4 years (bearing in mind previous character will be taken in to account)

In any eventuality he’ll make a lot of money.

I’ve no doubt he’s cleverer than many think. He’s made a few fortunes of the more gullible ones.

As for the establishment, they don’t seem to have much choice. Found guilty by a jury and bound by sentencing guidelines.

They’re all right to be. WRU are a joke organisation.

I’m not sure the national team coaches can do much more. They’re stuck with the hand they’ve been dealt.

Because they understand the way the justice system works and recognise the vital roll they play in securing convictions of the guilty, and that by and large innicent people aren't put in jail.

A defence that ensures that a conviction is sound.

The better the defence the stronger the conviction.

I wouldn't want to defend some of the monsters but I'm very glad there are educated, prfessional people that are.

It's what our justice system is based on.

And at the same time we have to get people back into work.

There was that stat that came out yesterday that 4 out of 5 new jobs created in the last x years were taken by arrivals from abroad.
