Yeah the game is in the States and Barcelona currently play their games at the old Olympic Stadium. Not sure if Camp Nou is going to meet its deadline for December 2024 re-opening either. Either way, a walk up Montjuïc where the Olympic Stadium is nice for some panoramic views of the city as well as having the big art museum and some various gardens. The old castle/military fortress up there too. Or the old Civil War bunkers in the Carmel neighbourhood, although they get super busy in the day usually....or at least did last time I went up there. 20 minutes on the train gets you to Sant Cugat del Vallès, starting point for some lovely hiking....nah more importantly, pilgrimage to the birthplace of our lord and saviour Sant Martí Cifuentes. The hiking is nice though...maybe not in the middle of July. But usually. Edit - yeah, Bar Marsella. Do it. [Post edited 14 May 13:34]

Klaidi Lolos is the one I'd have from Crawley by the way. If not us, I could see someone around us take a speculative punt on him to find out what his level is. But yeah, I'm expecting a lot of 'unknown' signings of the Paal or Andersen type that the recruitment have flagged and will fit a joined up style that MC is cultivating. But who knows, its all part of the 'fun' isn't it. |

Sure, I would expect nothing else other than this response from a lot of people on here. But I still believe it to be true, even you do to a degree by mentioning players being whisked around the world for those end of season tours. They are a nonsense, of course they are. Thats just pure greed from clubs. The more games players play, the more toll it will take on their body and the more injuries they will get. Earning 100k a week isn't going to change that. Even if they are all getting drunk unlike the teetotal homebodies of yesteryear(!!), the amout of football they play now will cause problems. Even watching the Championship, the quality is so often all over the place during those long period over the winter. Its too much. |

The main protection footballers need is to play fewer games each season. That won't happen though. |

I like him, has potential at least and after an injury hit year that has stalled his progression a bit, it makes sense to keep him at the club. Wouldn't be surprised if he goes out on loan next season and then we can see how he's getting on |

Didn't see tonight but seen a bit of them this season and I'll have Klaidi Lolos at QPR please. Thank you |

I'll miss reaching the 65th minute of a game, hearing his name on commentary and then realising for the first time that he's actually started the match. Goodbye Andre, I'll probably forget you again. |

I can see that happening. Makes a change from sending him out of Westlife or someone who finished 11th on the X Factor, thats for sure |

Sadly not, wasn't streamed anywhere so wasn't able to catch it. Could only follow the updates this time. Someone on here probably will though as it was at Loftus Road and had free entry. So any reports very welcome. |

Are we doing released/retained one player per day? I reckon it'll be Joe Walsh getting an extension tomorrow Good news though, his re-invention under MC has been very welcome |
