Judd mate, this is not the best news but you have to do what is right for you. losing both you and Col is not a good sign. not a fan of most trust SLT, but you are one of the good ones.

This in itself is the issues. This a reaction to cover his arse, and only time will tell how realistic and true this is. Part of me wonders if this just noise to get the egm through.
Why couldn’t this had been part of the egm announcement? Now, if they’d have said:
We need an egm because the way the club is set up, investors are not interested but this change will allow talks to advance rapidly as they have stalled. In addition, as I’m £500k in to this, this approach will also provide me protection by x y z.
Surely there wouldn’t have been the panic? Many people would have instantly understood and it wouldn’t feel underhanded.
Time will tell, over to the shareholders to decide. As someone has already said, we’re near the top of the rollercoaster climb, enjoy the ride people… |

If Simon converts debt to shares as per resolution, what does his £500K+ equate to in % + his current holding? Would that give him enough to sell the ground?
Also, doesn’t this make the trust dead whichever way? |

So either go with this or lose your shares in administration. Needed and the only way to do it. Fan owned was never going to be attractive for an owner.

According to his own post on LinkedIn, he’s moved on. And mumbles of 2 coaches having left as well.
There was an Facebook post from an anonymous person saying the academy is closing. Any truth? |

So for me it now purely comes down to personal feeling and how to use spare cash. an individual choice with no clarity, goal, or known impact. |

I don't mind anyone saying anything  However, I'm not fully clear on your point, should they no longer be asked if seen as repetitive?
Or do people keep asking the same thing as they are not getting answers, clear ones? I've no clear understanding of how things stand etc. Never have under the current board. |

Question is, how quick will this need to run, and just what is the state of finances today? what impact will this have in a month or will it be too late?
I hate to be the voice of doom, however there are lots of rumours flying around (surprised no one is talking about them on here), I trust very few of them and the current board probably less... People like me will need answers before handover over cash to what could a blackhole and too late. The current world is a mess and people should be asking questions before chucking hard earned money away [Post edited 26 Jan 13:31]

Did we stuff up and not pay? Are we really stable financially and wolves want to protect him? We’ve had a couple of players recalled for them to go elsewhere and fill a spot on the bench…
Something just feels really off at present, but happy to be called paranoid. Is it because we are conference and they want the players exposed to a higher level? Is it money? Is it us stuffing up relationships? Are the players unsettled (Northampton is easyish commute from around Wolves assuming that is where Louis lives). Is it just because I don’t trust SG and co and have concerns over how the club is being run? |
