Presume Wood possibly leaving has been the concern to the squad strength but would say that Ashby seems to be a rather robust player possibly able to step into the CB role.
If we are worried about shape maybe Key could play a sweeper CB role similar to Naughton but with pace and looks good enough to no longer need midfielders to drop into the backs at a drop of a hat? | | | |
