Why will he get better? He’s just not a keeper

I think he means there is potential to change if you're inexperienced. A lot of Bazanu's errors are down to poor decision making. He tends to come out when he shouldn't and punch when he should catch. If he can learn when to do those things and when not to the basis of a good keeper are there. McCarthy is just a poor keeper period.
