Did the same thing a few years ago for our home game against Charlton. Me and a couple of other SE London QPR went on the boat trip with the Charlton B-Mob boys.
Had Tutenskamum band playing ska music on the trip. Great booze, boat had to stop at Westminster to take on more beer.
If the weather is good it is a great day out. Not sure a Wet Friday night in February will be that enjoyable. Hope it is not too choppy for you and you all have a great time and arrive safely |  | | |

Seeing how every away game is a bundle and no-one cares what the tickets say "you're in my seat" blah blah blah... it won't matter if you are in a restricted view seat or not, everyone will be going where they please anyway. It might even work out that those spaces are most comfortable as they may well be sparsely populated.
I genuinely hate packed away ends because the brain dead in our support base think three people can cram into one space, the stewards never enforce seating and those of us that respect the system and actually want sit where the tickets say are slagged off for wanting to do that... |  |

At West Ham the stewarding was quite robust in this respect where we were. | |

I always get in the ground when the gates open, go to my seat and watch the players play warming up, the problem with people sitting where they like is if a latecomer comes in and someone’s in his seat, seen a few confrontations due to this.
I don’t mind standing during the game, my season ticket is in the safe standing, get to sit at half time to rest my knees. | |

Edit - ignore my scaremongering. Just a quick check online says boats can hold 300 to 550 people. Enjoy the trip. [Post edited 5 Feb 21:14]

think there were two boats....
one held 250, the other 450...
the larger of the two was cancelled because it was in dry dock and was gonna remain for the forseable future....
another one was got, it holds 550, thats why there are still a few tickets going...
