Southampton Need To Sort Out Central Defence Pairing For West Ham Clash 8th Sep 2021 08:47
Although it has been an ok start to the Premier League season with two draws and a defeat, it really should have been more and already a lack of concentration in the centre of our defence has cost us soft goals, after 5 years of trying we have to now get it right. 24

It’s a well known fact that Ralph Hassenhüttl and his assistant Dicky Kitzbichler are regular viewers of The Ugly Inside forum and indeed take great merriment from the antics of Saints Fan 73.
So please vote for your team to face ‘The Hammers’ and maybe the management will take note.

Have we got a potent attack? I would disagree 4 goals in 3 games is hardly potent stuff. Maybe you should do an article on the chances we missed in the first half against Everton that would have put us out of sight. Or how about Armstongs howler of a miss against man u. Or what about Dnepos laughable efforts against newcastle when it was easier to score. Put these away then the defence is not under pressure.

As for the defence, its rubbish and everyone knows it. Averaging 2 goals a game is relegation form. Why the club signed Lyanco i will never know, on paper hes not what we need. When the club has a surplus of cash to spend on fees and wages its bizzare.

Poll: Has the Ross Stewart deal already paid off as Nick says?
