Other factors to take into account is the Boro CEO on the board of the EFL who should not have been in the building but was. We won't win the appeal, but we ave the right to take it to the European Court for sporting arbitration which we should do. Not going to help us get to Wembley but will shine a light on how badly the EFL have handled this and make them think twice about treating other clubs in such a arbitrary manner in the future. |

This is a bullshít penalty. Hugely over the top.
We now need to start going on the attack. First stop is the Middlesboro CEO on the EFL board. What input did he have ? What communications were there between Giddon and his employee on the inside ?
What connections are there with the large bet put on Boro to be promoted affecting the odds 12 hours before the verdict? |

How can you jump from £200,000 fine for Leeds to expulsion for us?
Factor in we corporate fully.admitted our guilt immediately, and had little or no obvious advantage in the games mentioned.

Much as I dislike SR, I doubt you can pin this on them. But Sores, Tonda etc can't not have known. Do we sack them and start over, or circle the wagons? |

On the one hand I'm fůcking livid with the club. All that support from the fans, hard graft from the players to be let down by fúckwits. Tonda and Sores need sacking for gross misconduct, no pay off.
On the other hand, it's a hugely disproportionate penalty for something everyone does, so fùck em all. We'll steam roller next season with Tonda as our leader.
When I've finished this bottle of wine I'll have decided which way it goes. |

There is no way we are being expelled from anything, not least because of the time constraints and legal actions that will follow. I expect something in the order of £500k fine and 3 points deducted from the next time we're in the Championship. |
