If Matos leaves, JamesTown will select the next manager and we go again.

Matos To Palace?
at 14:47 19 Oct 2026

Palace are a very well run club by Steve Parish so of course - Matos will be on a "list". I expect other clubs in the Premier League will also be monitoring Matos' tremendous progress.

One bad run - say - five games without a win and Matos will be under pressure.

I would be amazed if Matos jumped to Palace should they sack in the next two weeks.

However, would a club like Brighton (JamesTown) be ready to approach should their manager leave - having got off to an incredible start this season?

Vip is staying.
The fact he is on the bench means he would have 90 minutes post match for the deal sheet to be set up with his potential new club - it won't happen.

Hopefully the club will start publicising John's return for the Norwich game as he deserves a good crowd.
He was a regular in the directors box during the Premier League era and was even in Napoli for our European trip.

Swansea City : Ross Stewart deal completed & Almeida off for now
at 20:42 6 Aug 2026

If you watch the Swans videos of Ross on the official site it sounds like he has been at the club since Monday. Hence why there has been so much noise on social media with the speculation.

It does sound there will be a signing/announcement tomorrow.
