It wasn't long ago JS said we hadn't had many muscle injuries this season. I don't know if that has changed, Madsen seemed to get kicked near the end of the Derby game, but if the Club published what the injuries are as they used to do, a lot of this speculation would be avoided. |

I've never really thought Morgan was good enough for us, his passing for a midfield player was so erratic. It seems both our Management and Bradfords have similar opinions. Perhaps the best for him would be to be recalled in January and loaned out to a Club at lower level where he can get games and hopefully improve, though if we get more injuries to our midfield players he may get games with us. |

Good early report thanks. Agree with all of that. I do think we are at our best for tough away games like this one, probably other games Home or Away, with Dunne and JCS at CB, and Edwards, Madsen and Kamara in the midfield, but I guess the need to rest Madsen prevented this. Varane in there for Vale would probably have been an improvement. [Post edited 19 Oct 8:48]

I see the Dev game has been played. Hope there are survivors! |

Madsen is ok isn't he, I thought he just needed a rest Saturday? Apparently Kone is ok,, or as Ok as he can get now. Dembele and Obikwu are due to play for the Development team. So optimistically just 1/6 of the Squad are out, and Chair is possibly back for Swansea. |

I thought Kone was a bit better today. |

If we get a pen can we bring Madsen on to take it? Looks like we can if we still have subs available which surprises me. Don't remember seeing that. [Post edited 17 Oct 14:45]

I thought Chair got his studs caught in the Loftus Road turf early in the game with Boro, so I've wondered like somebody else about our pitch. But in trying to verify that I see the fella who wrote the Match Report thought it was a calf strain, but then I thought I heard Stefan say (maybe wrongly) we've had no soft tissue inuries this season! Lamptey first injury when he sat down? Burrell? Saito? As the Club don't seem to say what the injury is anymore, it's very hard to know which is probably their aim. |

No, I'm in Thailand, and watched the game with Tyler by himself commentating. |

I was many years ago but let it slide because I'm away half the time. Had some good days in pubs in Oslo watching games mostly in our 2010/11 promotion season, organised by Norwegian R's, and yes they organised trips to games back then at least. If you got Facebook just search for QPR Norway and you'll find photos of the event in Bergen, and comments in Norwegian. Don Shanks, Phil Parkes and Dave Thomas were all there along with Andy Sinton. |

If the Club have ambitions to reach the top 8 this season then it looks like we need a better striker to me. Both Kone and Burrell have gone back so far this season, Kone obviously, but Burrell has not shown the turbo charged pace he had prior to his hamstring injury last season. He's not been winning the ball on the press like he did before the injury, unfortunately, and he's injured again with who knows what. I don't see either scoring a lot for a while, at least until they are fully fit and back to their best. As you say Kolli and Lloyd are support/back-up, and we've barely seen Obikwu. Hope of course one of them at least starts scoring regularly, starting tonight. |

From what I read it wasn't so much a "warm down" session but a practice game for their players who hadn't played or had only played a few minutes. Apparently they are doing this regularly after matches. [Post edited 13 Oct 5:59]
