From Boudica to Barnet: Barbarians at the gate
at 20:33 21 Feb 2026

Sublime performance from the midfield trio. Running off the ball exceptional when game got open in the second half and pace unnerved them subsequently.
Poor ref missed a nailed on penalty, so found one later in the second half.

Onwards and upwards .

CUFC vs CUFC Take 2
at 08:21 18 Feb 2026

Very decent point, looked the tidier side, but notice they always get shots off around the box more regularly when in the top half. Sub loanees did not look out of place .
Would we be happier if we got a draw last Saturday and lost Tuesday ?
Need to follow this performance into Saturday now.

Cowley had a right grizzle over moving MDK game to Weds and then the Saturday fix becoming an early kick off .

Early goal settles any nerves after two pointless games. Bit of a turgid display, but a mix and match team in the end after going for experience. Home wins vital and standard two nil wins are most welcome.
And those who witnessed it, even Scully managed a half !

Battered cod on the menu twice in one week!
at 22:47 27 Jan 2026

The antics they resorted to seemed to make you forget that they were a decent side that tucked in well . The red card which came out the blue, seemed to give them the take what we have scenario.
Tried to be too clever in running the ball through down the middle which played into there hands.
Will play worse and pick up points .

For those youngsters , this was the Brazilians super stars full career in the blue and white.

Fumaça then joined Second Division side Colchester United, making his debut in only the second ever TV pay-per-view game when Colchester hosted Manchester City. Colchester lost the game 1–0, but not before Fumaça was stretchered off injured after just 14 minutes following a collision with Andy Morrison.[9]
