Barristers won’t be instructed if they “ lose” cases , ergo it is in their own interest to win
When Criminals walk free , as they do, its job done

Justice is simply a hackneyed phrase that it is side issue
To be convicted now, one has to be very unlucky indeed
A tiny percentage of crimes are detected then taken to court and proved guilty
You have no idea of the evil out there and how they manipulate

As for juries, it depends on who is selected and challenged
Reasonable doubt ? Totally subjective
What’s doubtful for one is clear cut for another

Why would someone WANT to defend mobsters and mobsters
Imagine defending the Southport kid murderer who , whilst in prison, has tried to maim and kill
This is my bloody point ffs
Of course we need defending having committed crime but I question the mindset of those who make a very good living out of it all
And defending includes pleading for the most lenient sentence possible
This is seen as a victory

Professional criminals would make mincemeat of lovely people like you ,the type who pine for vicious scum rather that victims

Professional criminals will have the “ strongest” defence because they will have the most vicious wordsmiths in their silks creating confusion and obfuscation in juries
Witnesses have to be strong especially females in sexual assault cases when every trick in the book is deployed . |

Mentality is part nd parcel of sporting success

I don’t know the details of the abuse offered to EOM
I’d assume it was on the lines of the nature of oriental eyes
I view that abuse as more personal and vicious and in line with racist make up that defines Millwalls filthy fan base
I don’t like sheepshagging chants coming from England as it makes them look retarded tw@ts and the majority of English folk are fine . I’ve married them and my kids and their families don’t see Welsh in that way and are as embarrassed at that chant as I am with England is full of shit ,which is surely the most ironic of all.

And never forget that laws are passed by politicians, often lawyers, and court rooms basically a playground with the head boy calling the shots
Not for nothing are laws devised to be arcanely worded so lawyers can interpret the detail |
