Sorry if this has already been covered earlier in the thread, but how are they showing live goals going in at 3pm Saturday games? Didn't think that was allowed |

You can say all you like about the correct decision, and offside's offside, but that was marginal (do we not see the lines any more?) And that has ruined a moment those fans would have remembered for the rest of their lives |

TV dictate it because they pay billions of pounds to show it, which pays all these footballers and managers huge wages. They can't have it both ways |

From his father's Wikipedia page. 'Renowned for his electric pace but less than stunning control, he became a cult figure at many of the clubs played for, particularly at Peterborough United where his name is still occasionally shouted during dull periods of matches'. |

By my rudimentary maths, a Huddersfield win against Birmingham next week keeps us up. Unless they win 15-0 |

I've been in every part of the ground at some stage. Started in the SAR as a kid in the late seventies as my dad had a season ticket there. Then in mid eighties to mid nineties floated around between the paddocks and loft. Had a season ticket in the lower loft since the 95-96 season. Would love to try the safe standing but my fellow 50 something cousins who I go with don't fancy it. Once bunked into a midweek game against Carlisle in the league cup and sat in an empty Ellerslie road stand. No one around for miles. Ten minutes in, some old bloke asked me to move because I was in his seat. Fair enough |

I always remember watching that back on the telly later, and just before the corner for our equaliser came over Tony Gubba said words to the effect of "and can Manchester United hold on here, because it's really important to them" As if we were just bit part players. I bear grudges |

One of my best ever nights at Loftus Road. Bought a ticket off a tout outside. Can still remember both goals hitting the back of the net. stood in the loft, just to the left of the goal [Post edited 19 Apr 19:14]

He has definitely managed at Loftus Road before, can't remember for who, probably Rotherham last time he was there. I seem to remember us winning quite comfortably |

The counter argument to that is that QPR developed him for many years, sending him out on various loans etc and then taking the risk of blooding him in the Championship. He's been at Borough for one season |

I was just about to ask about that shop as I've been going to Eastcote a lot recently as I've been running my dad to and from hospital lately. Have about 250 vinyl albums, decent, but not a lot by some people's standards, and to be fair, nearly half are Smiths/Morrissey. (You can borrow them if you want XTC, I know you're a fan!) Have been finding a lot of the early to mid 90s indie albums go for stupid prices as no one bought vinyl then. Sold a few from then I really regret now. I find there's a lot of chancers on discogs, but if you're patient, you'll get what you want in the end |
