Not sure much effort was put into attracting a bigger attendance to be fair. The idea that if you build it they will come is long out of date.
We are always going to get poor attendances for Tuesday night games against non local opposition that clash with champions league games. . . unless we try some new ideas (or even old ideas that we have not actually tried) | | | |

Lots of young children now come to Saturday games - there were loads against Scunthorpe - maybe this is the biggest reason for less numbers at night matches? |  |

Interesting Pioneer but Tuesday night's games were Chelski and Arsenal and not the Manchester clubs.
From the figures there's a hardcore home support of 1500 come rain or shine which translates into a core away support of 300.
Some of the other threads suggest decent ideas to drum up support, but Shrewsbury at home on a Tuesday night doesn't really set the pulses racing. |  | | |

Some low but not surprising figures there
The Barnsley figure in particular is disappointing, pretty sure we had close to 3000 home fans for that fixture last season
Gonna be a slow process to get the numbers back up but we're doing the right things on and off the pitch at the moment but plenty more to be done [Post edited 1 Oct 2015 10:35]
