After years of denial and obfuscation, the BBC is finally conducting some worthwhile investigations. The recent exposé about the sale of counterfeit goods in High Street mini-marts has been followed up with one on the way some shops and UK business act as middlemen in receiving money for people smugglers in payment for illegal channel crossings. There is still a hint of excuses for some of the law breakers, but it is a step in the right direction.

You'd almost think that their long term future was in doubt due to the charter renewal and some of those at the top have decided to curry favour with a likely future right wing Govt by concentrating a bit on the whole "Public Broadcaster" thing instead of being Guardian TV.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.
