It must be ten years since I watched this series and thought it was excellent at the time.
Two weeks ago I decided it would be worth watching again due to the US currently having the orange cretin in charge. Watching it originally I thought the series was very entertaining but there was no way someone so ludicrous could ever end up as POTUS. A perfect example of truth being stranger than fiction.
The strangest part is that Trump is, to all intents and purposes, a Russian agent working for Putin whereas in HOC Underwood and Petrov are enemies as you'd expect to be the case.
Again, roll on the mid terms when this idiot is thrashed.

Yes there are some very good more recent dramas around I agree. It's going back a good while but HOC is so current in todays world.

Just binge watched The Split on BBC i Player , it started out so well then slowly run out of steam towards the last episode , the finale was so obvious and disappointing .
