Here's a Scania comic strip form the "Scandinavia and the World" comic strip site you linked to, since the Swans are playing in Scania, the southernmost province of Sweden that used to belong to Denmark.
The Scania flag is red with a yellow cross - a combination of the Danish and Swedish flags.
