As revealed by talkSPORT last week, Dynamo have been exploring the possibility of landing the Frenchman on loan from their Russian rivals Rubin Kazan.
However sources from Dynamo have since denied that they are close to bringing him in on a temporary deal — but now a permanent switch could be on the cards.
According to L'Equipe, M'Vila's representatives have been in Moscow to discuss a possible pre-contract for the 24-year-old. If it is sealed, it has been suggested that the player will begin training with his side immediately, and start playing for them next season.
The midfielder has not featured for Rubin this term and was sent to Inter for a season-long loan, which was terminated in January.
QPR, West Brom and Swansea are all well aware of his situation and have been linked with summer moves for the tough-tackling star.
But they might all miss out with Dynamo now said to be closing in on an agreement.
