The other factor to bear in mind though is that at the time of the first bond, interest rates were on an upward trend, so the interest gap was going to close over the period of the investment.
This time around it is the opposite. Interest rates are on a downward trend so it may not look as attractive now, but this will improve over the duration of the investment. |

For me he has been a massive disappointment this year compared to last season and what we hoped he might develop into.
Only ever looks for a pass back too.
Would take anything that was offered especially if it helped balance the Ronnie Edward’s transfer. |

Tried that when I stopped playing.
Qualified and have to say you get some games that are just as enjoyable as if you are still playing.
Other matches are absolutely awful though and no fun or enjoyment to be had at all.
I stopped when I found myself giving someone the choice of being sent off or knocked out. |

What i don't understand is why, if a modern 3G pitch is supposed to be a certain percentage artificial, where has that gone as well ?
It is just mud down the side of Ellerslie with nothing artificial showing through at all. |
