Sunday evening's at 6.05pm kick-off is a new experience for Swansea fans but this is what we have today. Sky's decision to make this their second FA Cup tie of the weekend means the unsociable hour for kick-off as the eyes of their watching football public turn to the Vetch Field.

I personally love the FA Cup. Especially in our situation. You dream of that 3rd round tie at Manchester United, Arsenal or maybe even Ninian Park. It's only three years since West Ham were put out of this competition at the Vetch in a game I expect few will forget.

That FA Cup run started with beating two sides from the second division and this is where we start this time. Queens Park Rangers. We haven't met QPR since the heady days of the 1980/81 season (remember that?) and we haven't beaten them since 1965. But stats are there to be broken.

Colin Addison will be forced into changes with Nathan Tyson's spell almost over, John Williams should come in to replace him. Neil Sharp is cup-tied so we will see Kristian O'Leary come back into the team with the rest looking like the starting line-up from Torquay last weekend.

QPR meanwhile have as many problems off the pitch as we do. Andy Thomson their leading scorer is off on parenting duties and Karl Connolly also seems set to miss the game.

I have a sneaky feeling that this one could be a cracker. There will be an atmosphere at the Vetch that we probably haven't seen for over a year today and that will will both sides on a little.

My heart says Swans will win 2-0, the head says 1-1. Heart or head? You decide.
