Swansea City's table-topping youngsters are in action on Saturday against AFC Bournemouth in the Puma Youth Alliance at St. Helens (12), writes Owain Johns.

David Moss' side sit at the top of the South West Conference with two wins out of two, but face a stern test against the Cherries who bring their own 100 per cent record to south west Wales.

Moss is looking forward to the game, but he isn't predicting an easy contest.

"I'm feeling confident going into the game," he said. "We have started off the season very well with two wins and have not conceded any goals.

"We know it will be a tough game, every game against Bournemouth is a difficult one and I predict that they will be challenging at the top come the end of the season."

Midfielder Jaz Richards is likely to miss out through injury, but Moss has received a welcome boost with Callum Hawthorne and Wales Under-19 international Chris Jones returning to the youth side from first team duty.

Swans (from): Callum Hawthorne (GK), David Cornell (GK), Daniel Sheehan, James Burgin, Kieron Howard, Karl Keogh, Jamie Grimes, Chris Jones, Dion Chambers, Matthew Wright, Oliver Hewitt-Fisher, Casey Thomas, David Kingdom, Ashley Johns, Ben Addlesbry.
