Closing In On Dutch Winger

The Swans are reportedly closing in on a £4m deal to sign dutch winger Luciano Narsingh from PSV as their first signing of this transfer winger.
It has been widely speculated that we are on the look out for a new winger thanks to the erratic form of the currently injured Jefferson Montero and the lack of options in the wide department at the Liberty.
Reports in Holland suggest that the Dutch international is already in Swansea for a medical and should be confirmed ahead of the club's weekend clash with Arsenal where, in theory, he could make his debut.
The 16-cap midfielder, who scored against England at Wembley last year, is out of contract at PSV at the end of the season and the Eredivisie side are willing to sell him on in a cut-price deal.
He was already on a list of potential targets drawn up by the Swans before the sacking of Bob Bradley but having seen the options and the player then Paul Clement is understood to have sanctioned the move to bring him to Swansea and our fight to stay in the Premier League.
Narsingh begun his career with Heerenveen before moving to PSV in 2012.
