It wasn’t so much a frustrating performance from Swansea City yesterday, it was just the gulf in class between a side that rarely gets beaten against a side that has won just two games out of the last sixteen. The confidence of the home side and the skills of man of the match won this game hands down.

Thoughts of the play offs are now seven points away for Russell Martin’s Swans. To get there now would mean a complete change in form and results over the next sixteen games, which as it stands on recent evidence up until now is unlikely.
