Cullen saves the Swans in a world class moment Wed 25th Feb 2026 The Swans most certainly flattered to deceive last night at the Swansea.com. In a game where all the focus was on investor Snoop Dogg the pre match build up made the game itself feel secondary. After all the glitz and the glamour that turned out to be the highlight of the night - there was little of that on the pitch. |
Swansea City : Preston highlighted as the game to prove a few points Sun 22nd Feb 2026 On Tuesday, the Swans will host Preston North End in a crucial game to keep the play-off dream alive. Matos looks to continue his side’s incredible home form, in a game that reminds me a lot of the Derby fixture. |
Swans slip again at Preston : Sheehan now under pressure Wed 05th Nov 2025 Swansea City slipped to another defeat on the road after a display which had they had their shooting boots on would have seen a more positive result. Despite an all out effort in the second half interdispersed with the usual passing issues and faulty finishing they really should have come away from this game with at least a point. |
Deadline Day on Swansea Independent : 7pm until close Fri 30th Aug 2024 It’s the last hours of the deadline day window with the Swans working on a defender this evening. One in and one out so far. Myles Peart Harris on loan from Brentford, a long term target and Josh Thomas links up with Cameron Congreve at Bromley. |
As if by magic : The Swans throw it away again Sat 03rd Feb 2024 It wasn’t a bad game, but the Swans should have wrapped this up in the first half. The positive was Ronald, the negatives is sadly Jerry Yates who again missed an absolute sitter in the first half. He wasn’t totally to blame as the same happened in the second half for substitute Charlie a Patino. The other concern has to be the low turn out from the home fans. With lots of empty seats if there were 14,500 there I would be surprised. |
TEAM NEWS : Swansea City v Plymouth Argyle Sat 03rd Feb 2024 Both sides have fresh blood from their January transfer business. The Swans have a long injury latest is Harry Darling. |
