It may well be a huge sigh of relief from both Swans head coach Alan Sheehan and his assistant Darren O’Dea. However, questions were still being asked after a second half performance bar a wonder goal from hitman Vipotnik that resembled so many this season. That isn’t to say anything other than if Sheehan gets the criticism for losing then today he gets the plaudits for winning.

Surely now Luke Williams will be relieved of his duties at Swansea City and you can include the coaches he brought with him just over a year ago. Today the Swans were shambolic, rudderless and completely devoid of ideas. The tactics are clearly wrong and now it’s fifteen goals conceded away from home in four games.

To a man every player grafted and wore the shirt with pride. To see the players really acknowledge the Swans support at Carrow Road this afternoon was emotional.
