Swans collapse in a disastrous seventy five minutes of football Sat 29th Nov 2025 A brilliant start from Swansea City this afternoon dived into another order from the menu of disastrous football. Starters of no idea after fifteen minutes, with a main course of incompetence and a big desert of stupidity. They are now equal third bottom with Portsmouth who the Swans play at home on Tuesday 9th December (7:45pm) after a home game next Saturday against Oxford United (3pm) |
A point gained for the Swans : Allen isn’t dead Baggies ! Sat 04th Jan 2025 Just over 14,600 attended this game at the Swansea.com. Take away the visitors support and around 13,000 Swans fans were allegedly at this game. Season ticket holders are always included whether there or not and the ground look very bare. If there was eleven thousand home fans at this game I would have been surprised. That’s a good few thousand who have stayed away this afternoon. And well down to what we could have expected on the last Saturday before the majority return to work on Monday. |
Referee Backhouse denies the Swans a point at West Brom Sat 31st Aug 2024 The Swans looked highly unlikely that they wouldn’t get a shot on goal after the first half let alone take a point from this game. How new Swansea City manager Michael Duff has become hot property Fri 23rd Jun 2023 New Swansea City manager Michael Duff is renowned for a pretty rigid 3-5-2 formation, and that has served him well since he made his first steps in to management. At Cheltenham and then Barnsley the vast majority of his games were centred around this preferred strategic choice. However, it really isn’t as simple as that. |
Swansea City all set for huge Millwall away test Tue 14th Mar 2023 All roads lead to London SE16 tonight, well, for quite a few thousand people they do. The vast majority will be expecting a home win as Millwall take on a beleaguered Swansea City on Den Zampa Road tonight. The upper tier away end will just be hoping it isn’t another defeat and something can be taken from the game. |
