Extremely unlikely, I think. The country can't be without a PM so what would be the process to pick a new one? There would have to be a new leadership election and then Parliament would have to be reconvened for a vote of confidence. And there are 24 days to the election. |

I was wondering if the having it large stories might have something to do with Grealish staying at home, that feels like something that would influence Southgate. [Post edited 7 Jun 1:23]

We don't need to as he can never leave. |

Better than a poke in the eye. I always lock my bike if I leave it out of reaching distance, never mind eyesight. Think about getting a used bike, lower value, less nickable. |

I think I'd put money on Eze being in the squad after that. Showed the form he finished the season in. Think Grealish will be in too. They should both be in ahead of Maddison and Gordon. |

Anyone else get a flashback shudder at seeing C. Palmer on the England teamsheet? |

I was just wondering wtf Ferguson had to do with it. Are we seriously supposed to believe that one of the game's greatest managers, long retired, has returned to be a transfer gofer? [Post edited 3 Jun 19:10]

Not sure about Pink Triangle but the current Xerxes is getting on for £7k all in. Like most luxury goods, HiFi has been veblenised to give the super rich something to spend their money on. |

I've only seen a cyclist on the Westway once and had to do a double take, that really is a suicide mission. I wouldn't ride my bike on the Edgware Rd flyover and I think that is allowed. |

It's harder to start culture wars and get people all frothed up against cows and lightning though. |

He just doesn't come across as very bright. I was thinking he's turning into this generation's Bryan Robson but looking at Robson's record, he actually did OK at Middlesbrough, it was only after that he faded into repeated failure. Rooney's way behind! |

Some people are just tw@ts and they're tw@ts whatever they're doing. I've been riding a bike around London since the early 80s and generally it's safer now than it ever has been, the 20mph zones have stopped people roaring around at 40+ and there's more awareness of other road users than there used to be. Some of the electric bike and scooter users do seem to be on suicide missions though, it's a daily spectacle seeing Lime bike riders bombing through red lights while on the phone. |
