Far from it, excellent comeback, should have gone in 10-7 had to settle for 11-6. Just about still in it.

The facts that hundreds of people are killed or seriously injured on UK roads every month make them extremely unsafe. No matter how many silly percentage arguments you put out,

Your attitude to the safety of children and cyclists on our roads is nothing short of pathetic, coming out with statements like the silly sods shouldn’t run out into the road in the first place, when cutting speeds to 20mph in built up areas has been proved to substantially reduce accidents and prevent serious injury especially to children.

That rospa report states that with 5 people a day killed on UK roads there is much more to be done, you obviously don’t think so.

Attached is a section of a rospa report that backs up the claims that 20mph in built up areas significantly reduces accidents and casualties.

Well, some on here reckon UK roads are extremely safe because only 400 pedestrians are killed on them each year, with thousands being seriously injured. Also in the region of a 100 cyclists are killed each year..nothing blinkered about those stats.

I was thinking about you today, I was telling the bloke sat next to me, ‘There is a so called supporter on one the Swans web sites who will be all over this game this evening, a poor performance, Grimes misses a penalty and we lost, he will keep on about it for the next few weeks.’ 👍

I agree.

I just feel that those figures could be reduced significantly though.I realise I harp on about survey’s in other parts of the country but the one carried out in Hull sticks in my mind ,when the 20mph limit was introduced there it reduced the number of injuries in road accidents by something like 20%.
It was estimated that had the 20mph limit been introduced in the remainder of the county, over a 5 year period, it would have prevented 144 children being injured on the roads.

Go tell that to the families of those 80 children, who’s lives have been devastated for the remainder of their lives.

What I find very strange is that some drivers, despite over 4000 people a year being injured on our roads, regard our roads as being extremely safe.
When you look at the stats UK wide almost 140,000 people a year are injured on the roads with about 1800 being killed 80 of which being children.
Never mind though some people reckon that 4 members of the public every 5 years are killed by cows every year in the UK, a fair comparison I suppose.

Have you turned into the judge Judy of this forum or something?

How do you know that the signatures were from Welsh soldiers?

Thousands of people living in England signed the petition as well as people from Scotland, Ireland, Albania, France, Italy, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany and the Isle of Man.

Posters like me are the problem?

Why don’t you reply to the situation regarding unpaid taxes rather than put out another insulting post to someone you don’t agree with?

I was replying to Boundy who suggested that a wealthy person not paying tax would have no impact on his life. I am merely suggesting that it could.
