| News Comment | Dykes completes QPR's surprise Steel City redemption arc - Report at 08:54:14
Great report. I was trying to follow the game on WhatsApp and BBC Sport as I arrived in Majorca, picked up my bags (1-0), got in the queue for a hire car (2-0), drove across the island (2-1) and arrived at the villa (2-2). WTAF?! It's great to be able to make some sort of sense of it all. Plus great to see Dembele and Saito making an impact just as we find out that Chair's out for a few weeks and that Andersen might be too. PS I looked on one of the Sheff U forums and the all think Robinson's a complete liability too |

A stunning reminder of utter mentalness of the last two seasons. What a club, what a crazy and beautiful way to escape. |
| News Comment | Paal's late salvage papers deep fault lines - Report at 07:59:27
I liked the "pre-grieved" and "Vauxhall Astra" bits a lot but my favourite was " It was enticing in the same way watching clips of motorway pileups is". So true. Sad to see the end product of 10 years of neglect and decline played out in front of you. Slowly. Thanks for making the effort to write about it. |
| News Comment | A win - Report at 09:52:30
People are coating off Cannon and Begovic for some poor touches/poor distribution but it's also true that Paal was up to it as well. In the first 20 minutes or so he and Begovic were consistently putting balls out of play down the left. I lost count. 4? 5? 6? Jittery nerves I guess. |
| News Comment | Each goal more farcical and easier to score than the last - Report at 08:05:13
Grim. Very glad I didn't go. The Cov game was immensely frustrating to watch and the 1st half against Leeds was devoid of anything recognisable as football. The Leeds experience was so bad that I actually chose to go sofa shopping on Saturday instead. |
| News Comment | A horrible new low — Report at 17:23:59
That was painful as it reminded me that I was at the shellacking at home by Newcastle and one of the away capitulations at Fulham. Joyful days. Not, |
| News Comment | Rangers stumble and fall to poor Baggies loss - Report at 18:48:04
" I’ve had stuff delivered quicker by Royal Mail than some of the service our wide players got on Saturday". God, the movement was just dreadful. Really, really frustrating to watch. Especially when we've see just how fast this squad can ping the ball about and open up defences. Later on, the Baggies just went really narrow - and Rangers, for some reason, just kept on trying to go down the middle. Baffling. Oh well, a good day out with various mates, but still.... |
| News Comment | Wigan the latest to suffer on QPR's Field of dreams - Report at 08:02:30
I was chatting to a Wigan fan on the way in and he was talking about how effective they've been on the road this season (as opposed to how bad they've been at home) and he wasn't wrong. The life was draining out of me as Rangers started to sit deeper and deeper in the 2nd half and seemed to completely forget how to control the ball and/or keep possession. More than happy with the three points. Also more than happy with my rail seats in PL which have transformed that area from "meh" to packed and rocking. Hats off to the club for sorting that. |
| News Comment | A different kind of nil nil - Report at 08:08:55
Good report. I agree that Roberts gives the impression of not giving a sh*t. And that Laird shows him what commitment should look like. From where I stand in the Lower Loft I get so see a lot of Paal and he's ballsy. Endlessly rescuing lofted balls with ginormous Stoke players bearing down on him. He's totally unphased. Love watching those two. We haven't had players of that quality in those positions since maybe Kyle Walker and Danny Simpson. |

"Touchline behaviour and deliberate attempts to look and sound like a North London letting agent." ROFL. |

Enjoyed reading that! "In this unique set of circumstances, the joy is incrementally increased by the shitness of the performance". Too right. ROFL. |
| News Comment | Amos power play brings QPR home - Report at 09:35:41
I LOVED watching that game. Liquid football. So many great performances. The one that made me laugh outloud, though, was Odomah's towards the end. After an entire game of flicks and ticks he capped it off with some superb shithousery down Huddersfield's left. Over and over again. Funny as f*** to see how wound up the opposition players were getting. Bumbed in the gob for all their timewasting earlier. |

Brilliant read. My lad's mate is PNE and we could see him standing up less and less in the School End before disappearing from the group chat and then vanishing at the final whistle. Later, he was moaning about "refereeing decisions" or something. Meanwhile I was pouring pints down my neck in the C&S before wandering home soaked but elated. What a game, what a comeback. |
| News Comment | Glaring errors cost QPR third straight 2-1 loss - Report at 09:15:13
That performance was very frustrating to watch after the excellent displays against Bristol & Everton. And the mounting injuries are ominous. Losing Wallace and now MacAllam is going make us as leaky down the left as we are down the right. And it's going to remove one our most effective attacking outlets. I hope I'm wrong, but tomorrow could be another very long 90 minutes. |
