Yes, his enthusiasm can be infectious. But we were playing that game 14 years ago.
I fear the problems at Rangers are far far deeper than can be fixed by an enthusiastic personality. Even a Guardiola might struggle with us.

It'll come right. I think it's less about any 'passion' for Ollie,more about the utter madness of some calling for his head on a platter 4 games in. Got to defend Ollie in that madness. Or any other appointment for that matter. |  | | |

We have to give Ollie a chance, remember, he's only got Les's/Hasslebanks mediocre group of players to use. And they didn't exactly pull up trees did they?
He's also got 'some' injuries to contend with as well.

So what if he makes a horlicks of it, 'it is what it is' to coin a phrase.
Give him time, maybe until the end of the season, to see if he is able to change the teams mind set, formation, players attitude, eptitude, fortitude and ermintrude.
He has a lot to do obviously, but when you have the crap left by the 2 previous encumbments, and Les, you need a miracle.
