I didn't think I could be more annoyed as I trudged up the Uxbridge Road in the drizzle. I decided to walk past the Conny as I had the hump and didn't want to talk. I got to the A40 ok, but then had to sit in the car fuming as for some reason they appear to have made the Acton section in to two lanes with no markings. Then after Hangar Lane, they decided to put 3 lanes in to 1 for roadworks, with not one person spotted doing anything. Just coned off for the sake of it. By the time I got home I was furious with everything. Is it impossible for them to look at fixtures and think, QPR are at home a few thousand extra cars up the A40 but gone by 10.30? |  |
