The report is very sketchy, it doesn't say how much they transgressed by.
It is also UEFA FFP not EFL FFP and probably a very different rules for expenditure and sanctions. |  | | |

Whatever about the punishment/non punishment but Wolves have surprised me this year.
They play a very attractive style of football and have great players who really work hard as a team.Their keeper made 2 stunning saves against Olympiakos which are worthy of any competition and appears to be one of the best around .Not saying they are a bunch of saints (pretty hard tacklers )but I enjoy watching them and would love to see them win the Europa cup. | | | |
