Very much reminds me of Richard Dunne here. An absolutely immense character and at 32 seems to have at least a few seasons left in in him to take us forward, all being well. Credit to Gareth for bringing him in. One of the really good things he did. The stats are remarkably good when he plays.

Very much my favourite player because he feels like the kind of character we have been missing for some time. Hopefully he'll be captain next season.

Never knowingly right.

I thought him, dunne and JCS were our three best players on Friday.

Agree that he's been a great addition and makes a huge positive difference when he plays.

I really do wish though that he stops blaming other players when it is sometimes his mistake. He even appeared to have a go at Begovic when he played him into trouble with an awful back pass and Asmir did well to kick it into touch. Also played two or three aimless long balls in the first half and only saw him put his hand up in apology once.
