Well, I've always said with Taarabt and others that the only way you're going to get players of that quality to QPR is if there's something wrong with them.
However, Morrison has surely shot his bolt now. You can't keep letting clubs down as he has done. At the very least you have to wait until this latest court case is over with.

Faded a bit towards the end of his time here but always seemed willing to put the effort in. certainly couldn't fault his attitude on the pitch when he was here and I would be more than happy to see him come back. | | | |

Hmmm, initially maybe, but he was lazy at times, his diving was ridiculous, his fitness was poor. Even Redknapp wouldn't entertain him by the end.
People like Ched Evans, Marlon King, Ravel Morrison etc need to learn they cannot behave like this and continue to hold the position of footballer. It's important for clubs, including our own, to make them realise this by refusing to continue funding their lavish lifestyles.
Like I say, if a court turns around and finds him not guilty of everything, then perhaps, but we shouldn't even consider it before that.
This always disappoints me about football. If Morrison/Evans/King were no-mark 30 year old right full backs they'd be on the bins or something by now. But because they can score goals and create chances and maybe your football team might do marginally better - if, for the first time in their lives, they can actuyally bring themselves to behave properly - then everything's ok: beating up women, raping women, burglary, theft, drugs. There are more important things than football.
You get the club and the sport you deserve with this attitude.

He featured more times for West Ham than QPR without doing anything nuts so theoretically Big Sam also 'sorted him out', if you count his 12 weeks at QPR without assaulting anyone as 'sorting him out' that is.
He was however dropped by Arry before the end of his loan in the Championship and - at the minimum, until said court case is over - is completely unemployable. | | | |

Ravel was a sub in the play off final, the last day of his 93 loan, and was going to be brought on for the last 20 minutes. Ravel had had a niggling groin injury that had prevented him featuring much toward the end of his loan, but Harry planned on giving him 20 minutes in the final if everything panned out ok.
Unfortunately O'Neil got sent off and that changed everything and the lad never got a chance to play for us again.
