Ordered Tickets 23:07 - Sep 11 with 1332 views

Ordered 4 tickets on the phone on Friday for Burton), was just checking my credit card bill and notice nothing is on there yet, I also was told on the phone I'd get an email confirmation that I'd bought the tickets, and this hasn't arrived yet either. I wasn't expecting the tickets yet obviously but nothing on my CC or an Email confirming my purchase is a slight concern if only in terms of the position of the tickets in the ground.
I am sure I normally get confirmation within 24 hours when buying tickets albeit and ok allowing for Friday it's now late Monday night and nothing.

Have I had a fck up from Ticket Disaster?

Worst case at least they haven't taken my money but still annoying.

Normally if you book online email comes straight through I've always asked for email when booking over phone and again normally straight through so you may want to chase that up.

Hope that Conner hasn't stitched you up and it's sold out when you turn up on the day

If you log into your Ticketing account click on Account History and you can see if it went through

Rang the club customer services and apparently all went through and tickets sent out 2nd class already...

Here's hoping they arrive soon.
