Glad he has decided to do it and hopefully he can recover to the point where he can play again or at least coach. Best of luck to him, I don't think there's a QPR fan alive that doesnt wish him a full recovery and to be playing again reguarly.

Love you, Ale x

At least he knows what the rehab is all about now so can prepare himself mentally for the long road ahead.

Downside is I cant see him playing again.

How many full games has he completed since the first knee went..... NOT ALOT!

Dont know why we bother. .... but we do!

The phrase "it's a repair of a repair" didn't inspire confidence.

It's a replacement of the graft which can go either way. I am surprised that the medical team didn't get him to play in a knee support brace after the last recovery. It certainly may have kept the graft in place longer.

Personally if I was Ale I would recover, do my coaching badges, see if I can play at all, and if not get into coaching. I am sure he would find a place easily within the coaching staff at QPR.

Who knows, he could be our youngest coach one day. That would be a bit special.

Never knowingly right.
