This has been known about for years, the Social Services and others charged with looking after extremley vunerable kids in this country have been letting down those in their care for decades.

Really makes my blood boil that it is only in recent years and the death of Saville that anyone gives a shi* as to what was deemed as the 'norm' , plenty of cases have been swept under the carpet.

Fact: A certain home in North London for young teenage boys ( during the early 70's) was run by a person whose prime aim was to sexually abuse as many boys as possible, spent more of the funds feeding his fcucking dogs than on the kids.

Was reported to Social Services, result, complainaint moved from home, and stuck in a grotty bedsit at the age of 15 and left to then fend for themselves.

Fact: even then 'duty of care' by the State of kids in the care system was until the age of 18.

I hope there is such a thing as 'hell' , everyone of these rotten bast**ds will get their just desserts.

This seems to me a product of a society where some people matter and other people don't matter. We are still living in such a society, in my opinion.
