Tim Sherwood coming to the Rs?
at 15:44 31 Oct 2015

According to Stan Colymore on Twitter Tim Sherwood is being sounded out of the Rs job.

If that happens will this be another manager who will be slaughtered by fans before he starts?

They weren't fighting. It was just a loud old fella shouting at some poor bloke wearing glasses.

The straw that broke the camel's back

Why bring on Perch? Cos Hill was out injured, Ned moved to centre back and Perch played right back. Thought Perch had a good game while he was on. I think you are another one of those supporters on here who are looking for individual scape goats; Henry, Perch, Toszer, Ramsey etc.

As NorthernR alluded to recently the trouble at Rangers goes far deeper than individual players and manager. Its the set up, the mixed messages to Ramsey from LF and TF, consolidation vs promotion. To criticise Ramsey is easy and cheap.

Griffin Park: Best Away Pubs in London
at 10:07 31 Oct 2015

How many away games can you go to in London, mix with the home fans and enjoy a drink in any of the pubs around the ground? It was a first for me. We started off in the New Inn and the only criteria for getting in was to have a match ticket. Not a QPR or a Brentford ticket ,just a match ticket. Fair play to Brentford's sensible policy of treating fans like adults and not being ruled by police advice to separate us fans.It would be good if the pubs around the Bush could adopt the same policy. However true to form of late a good pre match beer was spoilt by some dreadful football. COYRs

Hope psychologist Steve Black, slings his hook too!
at 20:26 3 Feb 2015

I am hoping that other recent signing sports psychologist Steve Black follows HR out of the door. As has been said on here before it is up to the management to motivate the team not a psych.

Excellent article NW5, summing up the joke that has become QPR in the recent past. While I have always been suspicious of "Uncle' Tony with him using the Rs as a marketing tool for Air Asia I am also concerned with the "internal debt of £170m, which would leave them bankrupt if Fernandes and his friends decided to pull out and demand repayment, plus two bank loans totalling £42m." Worrying indeed.

However, 'hope' still exists and I only hope Sir Les and whoever else comes in to manage us can shake off the curse.

AT's skilful football is shaped by his apparent 'don't give a toss' attitude.' Yes AT can be frustrating at times, but without he will be half the player if is lobotomised by Steve Black. AT legend http://blogandwhitehoops.wordpress.com/2011/01/24/adel-taarabt-legend/

Anyone else get the feeling the club played a blinder to get Steve Black signed up before this lot turned up for the first days training? NO! I don't get this Steve Black love in. Surely its HR's job and the individuals within the team to get motivated. Much rather TF spends his money on adding to the playing staff than on a psych and his therapeutic couch

Adel has arrived!
at 22:19 10 Jul 2014

Give me Adel any day of the week over Steve Black who I got to be honest a lot on here think he is a great signing for the club. SB wont be playing on the pitch and we don't buy our season tickets to admire SB's latest theories on team work and motivation. No!. We watch our beloved QPR to see players like AT display their skills and score great goals!

Times Rumor

Yesterday was the first time that my patience with HR was near to breaking point. A team of strangers. I dont think there will be much gained from TF giving him the tin tac. Better hobble along as we are currently doing; make play offs, if we are lucky. Then in the Summer rebuild properly - younger manager and players who are committed and have more than one season left in them

Absolutely! You can tell Austin just loves playing football and getting paid for it. For me he is the right kind of player we need. Committed, passionate and goal hungry. My MOTM and we have not even started yet.

protest at cardiff against Tan
at 19:21 3 Nov 2013

Despite all that went on between us and them I think we should show solidarity with Cardiff fans. We would want support from fans at other clubs if in some time in the future an owner turned our blue hoops to red. Football rivalry, you can't beat it, but when the owners of another club show contempt for their supporters I think we should get behind the people who give up their valuable time, effort, money, sweat and tears etc to cheer their team on.

I say well done to Cardiff supporters for their protest and I hope one day they will get their bluebird back.

Millwall
at 21:40 20 Oct 2013

Altho' the 'wall fans were unusually quiet yesterday, all three sides of the Den came alive with their club anthem 'Let 'em come.' when they scored. Millwall are a club that has v. passionate fans who have no need for singing sections, have no time for stewards and say what they like to intimidate away fans and teams. In my book they are the right type of fans that we need more of . Prefer them to the likes of our West London Tarquins who sit silently in neutral sections munching their prawn eating sandwiches out of their Waitrose bags.
